Unfortunately the communal area to get to the flat is dirty though and has a broken window in the entry door which isn't very welcoming. The outside of the building is also shabby and needs a good paint. The 'designated' parking space was occupied for the first 24h of my stay so I parked on the road although there is reasonable space on the road so it wasn't a big problem.
