"paid for a king room tried to give us twin then gave us queen . no face washers had to ask, hand soap pretty much out , bottle body lotion empty . Went to a music reunion and came back late hungry saw there was a 24-7 menu told by man at the front no such thing even after letting him know it’s posted ..."
