- Almost new 3 bedroom home.Courtyard, Ducted air conditioning, 3 tv's2 bathrooms. sleeps up to 7 people. 10 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to Swansea and Belmont. Very quiet are, playground 100 metres away for kids. Lovely walking tracks around Lake.
