Couldn’t stay the night as it was way too noisy, shared bathrooms weren’t very clean. There was a room down the hall having an argument and as a young woman on her own, I didn’t feel safe to stay as the lock on the door wasn’t very sufficient. Wasn’t asked why I was unhappy to stay and wasn’t offered a refund.

The hotel is conveniently located. The meals are very good although expensive. The staff are pleasant and courteous. Showers and toilet are run down and in need of attention. Reported issues were not acted upon. Kitchen was dirty and unkempt. Security was poor with rear door propped open into alley allowing unauthorized entry to accommodation.

Terrible experience. No air con! No air con! The room is hot as.. air con is part of assumed amenities and it is shocking that they dont provide that. Surrounding is awful with 24*7 car wash next to it. Room is too hot

The room was very well presented and clean. Bed was comfortable. Entrance door from hotel to rooms very squeaky and noisy as it bangs on closing. One window in our room that enters onto balcony had no curtain. So lights disturbed me. Bathrooms were shared and very clean and well presented. Kitchen very small but adequate. No allotted parking for premises. We however found parking at mechanics next door. Premises located in walking distance to shops. Located on main road, so very noisy. Good for overnight stay.

There is a shopping centre nearby, decent place for the rates. No Aircon, but i loved the ceiling fan.
