The Space:

Welcome to Meldon Terrace a comfortable 3-bedroom home in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, perfect for up to 5 guests. The property features a king bed size, a double bed size and a single bed, offering a restful stay for families or groups.



Enjoy a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, and fridge freezer. Relax in the bathroom with a full-size bathtub after a day of exploring.

Guests will have to access to their home and all the residential amenities

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.



Getting Around:

By Car:

From Newcastle: Take the A189 north towards Ashington, then follow signs for Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. The drive takes about 30-40 minutes.

From Morpeth: Take the A197 east towards Ashington, then follow the B1334 to Newbiggin. The drive takes about 20 minutes.



By Bus:

From Newcastle: Take Arriva Bus 1 or X21/X22 to Ashington Bus Station, then transfer to Bus 35 towards Newbiggin-by-the-Sea.

From Morpeth: Take Bus X21/X22 to Ashington, then transfer to Bus 35 to Newbiggin.



By Train:

The nearest train station is Morpeth Station. From there, take Bus X21/X22 to Ashington, then Bus 35 to Newbiggin.

Alternatively, from Newcastle Central Station, take a train to Morpeth, then follow the above bus route.



By Public Transport:

If arriving from Newcastle International Airport, take the Metro to Haymarket, then catch Bus X21/X22 to Ashington, followed by Bus 35 to Newbiggin.

Taxi services are also available from Morpeth or Ashington for direct access.



Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
