  • We offer a very clean and comfortable mobile home that is in a country setting on a private quiet dead end road. Just 7 mile from downtown Newberry, and less than 5 mile from Interstate 26. The home has 2 beds and 2 full baths. It’s completely furnished. We take great pride in offering a quiet and comfortable stay. We are close by if you need anything, but give you complete privacy. We are happy to answer any questions. All dogs MUST be pre approved before booking please. No Cats!!

Nice clean rental out in the woods. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The owners live next door and were very welcoming and helpful. They kitchen is stocked well and they even left some snacks.

We loved staying here! What we loved most was the peace and quiet. We may have heard three or four automobiles the whole time we were there. We loved the floor plan and the beds were very comfortable. We loved cooking our sliders in the kitchen. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you again for having us. Absolutely enjoyed our week stay, owners were supper accommodating and friendly to talk to. I would not even hesitate to stay again. AC was perfect and this place was perfect for our fishing week on Lake Murray. We traveled from Canada and this was a home away from home!!Thanks for your kindness

Great two night stay

Everything looked just like the listing. It is clean, surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood, and equipped with everything we needed. Definitely the kind of place we would like to stay again.

Quiet secluded retreat

Always a Great Stay

We have stayed here for 3 years now for Newberry College's Homecoming and will continue to return! The place is always clean and comfortable. The property is quiet and has a firepit to gather around to reconnect with long time friends. Owners are extremely responsive - the perfect hosts.

Home away from home

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It has everything you need. It is so clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and very helpful. It was very peaceful and I loved sitting on the porch watching the hummingbirds!! We HIGHLY recommend this place if you are in Newberry!!

Home away from home

The place was perfect for us. Very cozy, we felt so comfortable. It had everything we needed and was on a quiet road. Very peaceful out there. But not too far from anything we might need in town. Byron was super responsive and helpful when I reached out with a question. We loved the front porch and relaxing in nature.

South Caroline Retreat

We were returning to SC for a family wedding and chance to visit with old friends. We wanted a comfortable country setting if possible for our stay and that’s just what we got here! Very clean and tidy, really cute decor, great linesmen’s and very comfortable beds! What more could you want? Check in was super easy and Byron was always super easy to contact with any questions we had. We highly recommend this little gem. Very comfortable and a terrific host. Your stay will be fantastic!

Two couples traveling took an overnight break in Newberry SC

We didn’t know what to expect of our mobile home experience, and we’re pleasantly surprised how comfortable we were. Very quiet and peaceful area in the country. We brought our own groceries as stores are not nearby. Kitchen had everything we need. Bathrooms were fine. Air conditioner worked and it was hot outside. Loved the hummingbird feeder and the birds put on quite a show for us! Great communication from the hosts. Much appreciated.
