Sunroom: The cabin is well insulated however the front room being all windows does get a bit colder during winter months. We do provide extra blankets, however it is generally too cold to sleep in this room during coldest winter months Pets: Allowed for an additional nightly fee, please select pets while booking if you plan to bring your furry friends. Pricing: There is a $15 charge per person per night over two guests to cover additional cleaning and laundry expenses. Love that there are bikes, kayaks, and a lake beach to swim at just accross the street as well as two playgrounds in the neighboring campground. The cabin was stocked with some essentials that made our trip easier (salt/spices, coffee, etc). My husband worked remotely during our stay and the wifi was both fast and consistant (avg. 200-300 Mbps). We had to reach out to the host two times, and they were very helpful and quick to respond. Only thing that was not as expected was the AC- there is a window unit in the bedroom and two fans in the living room area; the AC is most effective with the bedroom door wide open so that the air can properly circulate. Not a big issue, but just something to consider if you visit during summertime. Overall a very wonderful getaway and we hope to be back in the future! ##### June P.
