The room was more than sufficient. It was roomy and having a full kitchen was extremely convenient. The grocery was just across the street. I was disappointed that there were roaches considering how clean everything else was. Another reason I rated on the lower side is they charged me $250 for a pet fee. I have a service animal and communicated this at checkin. I noticed the charge after my stay. When I called the property to report the mistake the attendant, Jenny, was not helpful. She gave me the run around and said she would write an email to the managers Maria and Larissa. This never happened and I am left with still no response. It has been a week and no resolution from this property. I will now have to escalate this in order to get my unnecessary charge of $250.00 returned. Very disappointed in how they are handling this issue.

Nice, very spacious room. Climate control very good. No spare toilet paper roll so you have to plan ahead. Bath towel had a hairball in it. Check in was quick and smooth, check out only had one person who had to handle the phone and the line of people checking out-so not so quick but smooth once she got off the phone. Both receptionists were very friendly. Breakfast was okay but they need to monitor and replenish the items and drinks a little better. Property ambience nice. Will stay again, maybe during the warmer months so I can try the pool area.
