First of all building is not new as advertised. It's a basement so a tall person will be very restricted by the low ceiling. We bounced our heads on one of beams a number of times. The apartment is in the back of the building which was dirty. The white bath towels which were provided without wash cloths had brown stains which really looked dirty. We had to get new towels and wash cloths from the Family Dollar Store. The apartment has only one door with no other exits in case of emergency.
