"We decided to leave the hotel . We stayed there last week and the hotel was a mess and the staff was rude. When we got there the room wasn’t ready and we were told to wait in the restaurant. Went to the restaurant and was told we were in the wrong spot and we had to move because we couldn’t get service there so we moved to the bar and then a woman would name Shakira who worked there yelled at us because our bag was in the way and she didn’t say excuse me or anything and it was just one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever had and I will never stay to Hilton property again."

"We stayed here since it was the only affordable option near our family. It's was very mediocre. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything great. I'd stay there again but I wouldn't look forward to it. You can tell they remodeled but its more like putting lipstick on a pig. If you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two, it will be fine but don't expect too much."

"It felt like an old hotel that was glamorous in it's day, but needs updating. For example, the upolstry on the room's desk chair was shredded. Also, the cleaning staff were loudly chatting in the morning while cleaning the room. There was no ice buckett or drinking glasses in the room. "

"Expected more from a Hilton brand, but cheap price - you get what you pay for. Was clean and acceptable as a EWR overnight stay. No restaurant/eating options in it or the neighboring 3 hotels; ordering in was the only option. Noticeablely small ants crawling around the shower. Mass produced pre-prepared breakfast was edible."

"Booked this hotel as I was stuck in Newark. I could have chosen from any number of airport-located options at similar, even lower, prices. But, I chose this hotel as they advertise a lovely buffet breakfast which I very much would have needed after traveling for 30 hours. I check in to the hotel only to be told that they do not have breakfast. Instead, they can offer an apple and muffin in a brown paper bag. I was furious and disappointed. Hotel staff didn't care. They offered nothing, no rate discount, nothing. Avoid the deceptive marketing and go elsewhere."
