E-Z8 is a solid, no-frills, two-star property in an excellent location at good value rates. Their WiFi is an extra $6/day so use your own hotspot if you have one. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner too. The rooms have refrigerators but no microwave (one is available for the whole property in the laundry room.) The TVs are small with limited channels, but the rooms are quiet. It’s been an excellent commuter rental for me.
It was good I was very happy staff is very friendly morning and evening staff my first room was #124 my second was #153 , will definitely be my overnight location when I'm in the area ...Thank you for your services
Poorly maintained. Broken furniture and bath tub. Not clean and room smelled of smoke but not a smoking room. Staff very friendly. Cheap rate but low quality
If you are realistic about your expectations you will find this property perfectly acceptable. Outstanding staff and rates. Rooms are dated but I believe a work in progress and acceptable. Great location, pool, hot tub and laundry facility.
The price is always the lowest for this area, the cleanliness has improved. The tub and showers could use upgrades due to aging and use.

Disappointed
The place was very worn, walls patched in our room, paint on walls and around doorways worn. The glazing on the bathtub was all worn iff, we did not use the shower. The towels were very small and thin. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a gap around the door but the lock was secure. Carpet old and didn’t look clean. Would not stay there again.

Dead Roach, Broken Smoke Detector, Worn Furniture
Upon initial checking room appeared to be fine. Later noticed smoke detector was on the table with no battery. When maintenance came for another issue, I showed it to him. He shrugged his shoulders & walked out. During my 3 nights, never returned. Last night, I discovered a dead roach on a shelf that has brown spots. Bedding, room, walls were clean. Door needs painting & furniture extremely worn. No free WiFi 😒

Not very clean, staff always messes up with reservation. Overall average
No frills, but certainly a very affordable option. If you are on a budget and don’t expect “The Ritz” this is certainly a good option. The staff is outstanding, by any standards, I must say. I also believe they are working on improving the rooms themselves, but as I mentioned, if you are realistic about your expectations it is just fine! Beautiful pool and hot tub outside as well!
It's a dry -out hotel for ppl that are recovering from addiction. Those hotels are necessary.! Also its a hotel for ppl to do drugs in.
All the staff were nice and helpful. It's a very spare room. No frills. Other guests are courteous. I didn feel in danger. But ppl should definitely know whatbkind of hotel it is. Not for family vacation.
I was given the dirtiest room very disgusting. The sheets, floor, bathroom, walls were all disgusting. No baseboard, sticky floor, toilet and tub was gross. I left at 8:13 pm. I did not feel safe and the T.V. didn’t work either. What a nightmare!
The front-desk person was courteous and helpful.
The room was "horrible":
1) heater was broken
2) phone was broken so unable to call front desk
3) bed had fitted, which was over-laid with THIN blanket which was then covered by a fitted sheet ... there was NO comforter or bedspread ... so I folded the fitted sheet and THIN blanket to keep warm as there was NO heat
4) door to bathroom was semi-broken
5) front-door lock was semi-broken
My “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoking room. My clothes smell so bad of cigarettes from one night there. The bath tub dripped non-stop so I left the tv on all night to try to help drown out the noise. I would have closed the bathroom door but I literally didn’t have one.. You couldn’t pay me enough to use that shower barefoot. AC unit didn’t work. There was a large crack in the door going outside. The only good thing I’ll say is the staff was nice. There’s a reason this place is so cheap. You get what you pay for.
I booked this room because I just needed a cheap place to sleep for a bit. Then I read the reviews… I was a bit intimidated after that. But honestly, it wasn’t as bad as I feared. I mean, in no way would I describe it as “nice”, but I didn’t see any evidence of bugs. (I really looked for both roaches and bedbugs and saw nothing to indicate any issues.) I also was concerned that there would be all sorts of neer-do-wells hanging around but there were none. I felt safe personally and I felt safe with my car in the lot. The room was very basic - no art on the walls or anything like that. It was just a couple of beds with sheets that did appear clean and a basic little bathroom which did appear pretty clean too. The walls/doors were a bit dirty and the tile in the bathroom looked like it had been partially replaced with mismatched other tile but hey, it was a super cheap place to stay in one of the most expensive areas of the U.S.! I wouldn’t look forward to staying here again, but I would, in a pinch.
