Clean, secure, direct.

Overall, this place worked for us. My boyfriend, his brother and myself were in town for a wedding. The property was really easy to check in. The instructions were straightforward and clear. The host is somewhat inflexible, but direct as well. There is a required choice between purchasing insurance or a refundable $500 deposit on booking. Also, an hour or so after booking, my partner had found a property that better suited our needs. The host has a 14 day before trip cancellation policy, but we hooked 13 days before. Even though I had JUST booked, the host refused to allow cancellation. While this is technically in the policy, I found it pretty unforgiving to understand the circumstances. VRBO doesn’t have a policy in place for guests to have any flexibility outside of the host policy. In the end, it worked out well enough. The futon isn’t what was pictured and really not comfortable at all. Our third person ended up on an air mattress instead. Towels and bedding were clean. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

Fourmis et insectes, autoroute, description non conforme je déconseille ce logement c'est horrible

le lave vaisselle était dans la description mais ils ne l'ont jamais mis en route le , pourtant je l'avais signalé sur le site, la climatisation fait du bruit énorme, le canapé n'est pas conforme pour dormir car ça fait mal au dos, l'autoroute derrière et brouillant, , est construire sur un nid à insectes, les cafards,les fourmis les les millepattes et il ya des ouvertures qui peuvent laisser passer même un petit serpent, fuite d'eau au plafond de cuisine dès le réveil, Vaisselle incomplète 3 personnes, on était 3 et nous n'avons jamais Mangé à table ensemble car il n'avait que 2 chaises en mauvais état en plus , l'aération au niveau de la cuisine est absente sauf si vous ouvrez les fenêtres mais les moustiques entrent à ce moment là, je rappelle que j'ai payé cette location 3 mois a l'avance et c'est seulement quand j'arrive devant la porte que le voisin du dessus m'aide à enfin avoir le propriétaire au téléphone, donc j'étais en panique avec mes enfants ! Car je ne savais plus si c'était un canular, l'annonce que j'ai payé me montre les escaliers dans la maison alors c'est un studio au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée, j'étais venue visiter new york et je l'ai fait mair pour dormir j'avais toujours peur,de ce que j'allais trouver après une bonne journée , on se fesais piquer par les insectes même dans la maison. Alors prenez une assurance multirisque car vous en aurez besoin si le propriétaire ne n'émet pas le logement dans les normes. J'ai payé pour 2 chambres et on s'est retrouvé serré dans un lit .Pas de barbecue, le jardin ne sert à pas de chaises, même le bruit des poubelles vous réveille. La laverie n'es pas près de l'appartement et c'est cher. Ils entre dans l'appartement quand vous n'êtes pas là on dirait que vous êtes observé par une caméra cachée. Voilà mon horrible cauchemar dans cette maison.

Nice stay

Nice place. Quiet neighborhood. Not far off main roads. Comfortable, however we were family of 4 with teenagers (one 6 ft) so the sofa bed didn’t work well for us. Pretty clean and owner was easy to reach by phone/text if we had questions or needed anything.
