Great service! The room next to me had their alarm clock go off for a while without being turned off, and when I brought to the attention of the front desk, the problem was resolved immediately. A lot of amenities other places wouldn’t have. Laundry, pool, gym, mini convenience mart. I was satisfied.

Wasn’t given a breakfast voucher even though we paid for it so we got charged for breakfast that morning. And it didn’t happen to us but two different guests were given the same room. We overheard the situation but the staff handled it very well.

Broken desk chair, dirty sofa, very noisy. Could hear people walking like elephants on floor above, conversations next door, and everything in the hallway all night long. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was decent and staff was very accommodating.

The staff were friendly enough and the room was large. That being said, the lobby didn’t have any water available. The air conditioning made a continuous high pitched sound when running. Guests were yelling in the halls till 4-5 in the morning. The bed was uncomfortable and caves in. There was no complimentary breakfast buffet and it was all paid à la carte. The amenities of the hotel were not great either.
