Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Horrible

Contacted the host a week before I booked my stay to make sure the booking was available, he said yes. The day of my stay he canceled and stated that the heat didn’t work in the apartment. I understand things happen, but if you know you’re expecting a stay, why not check the weather & the heat throughout the week so you can cancel ahead of time not 2 hours before check in.
