"Location is great. Staff amazing. Rooms, emmm really small but that’s not the problem. The AC is behind the bed and basically behind your head as you sleep. The sound is terrible and the cold air just blows right to your face, super uncomfortable. And no way to turn it off since there are no windows. ..."

"Staff was nice and helpful. Location was great if you’re wanting to be close to Broadway. The coffee shop was great. Only thing was, when I go in rooms I wipe down common areas with Clorox wipes. It was evident that those side tables don’t get cleaned."
