Room was dated, but ok. Walls are paper thin, so we started hearing everyone else's alarms at 4am. They didn't replenish the coffee pods. Asked twice at the front desk and they said it would be sent to the room, but never was sent.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
The hotel is excellent. The staff is great! Not only was I checked in early, but I was given an upgrade to my room with an excellent view. I come to New York often and I definitely want to stay here again.
