Excellent stay in a prime location Stayed at The New York EDITION and had a great experience. The hotel is stylish, calm, and very well maintained. The room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent bedding — perfect for resting after busy days in New York. Location is ideal, close to Fifth Avenue and Madison Square Park, making it easy to get around Manhattan. Staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The smell was amazing and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and so conveniently located. They give a credit every night at the lobby bar or spa fo offset the cost of the daily fee which is really nice. Will definitely stay there when I’m in NYC next time.

For the price I just cannot accept that you don’t get an in room coffee machine. They offer free coffee in lobby up to 10:30am, but I hate having to trek down first thing in the morning. Hat to also call to get shower gel as there were no extras in the room. Check in took 15 mins. Room was ok for the price. Service was good.

It was clean, convenient. When I checked in they didn't see it was prepared and had to refund me after I complained to the manager for double billing. The lights would not go off at the bed only at the entry, the wall sockets for phone did not work, the closet doors would not remain open. Most was corrected after I called and went to front desk but some items were never fixed.did work with
