Our family of 6 stayed in two different rooms on two floors, which is inconvenient, but not a big deal. The shared bathrooms weren’t a problem and they were very clean and nice. Overall, very good deal for the price and location.

Exactly what you pay for. A good deal for NYC, especially during a holiday weekend. Facilities were kept clean and neighbors were never noisy. Outside area is a little sketchy in the night time but not the worst. Hotel is extremely close from the Malcolm X station and takes less than 30 minutes on the subway to get to most of Manhattan. Only gripe was that cleaning attendants might sometimes enter your room without permission for maintenance (despite not requesting it). Nothing was stolen, but we still felt uncomfortable when staff would enter when we were/weren't there, even without requesting.

The room was tiny but clean. The communal bathroom was very well maintained. The hotel was very centrally located for what we wanted to do. Air conditioning was perfect. Staff was great. We will stay again but next time bigger room on the ground floor.

The CPN Hotel was truly perfect. Everything was absolutely impeccable. The cleanliness, the room amenities, the comfortable double bed, the quiet atmosphere in the hotel and on the street, and the warm welcome (Thank you PAUL). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from the subway and Central Park). It’s great. We highly recommend this hotel because we stayed for a full week and everything was perfect.

This was my first time staying at this space I can’t say I have any complaints. I was there a little earlier because I had to check out of my other hotel that my job scheduled before check-in is not till 3 o’clock, but the receptionist was very kind and let me check in earlier. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly very closely located to the train stops and a block away from the Park can’t ask for anything else.

The staff was fantastic and friendly and housekeeping was wonderful. Always came back from a day out to a beautiful clean room, and the whole building smells fresh. Subway access was really close 3 minute walk and central park less then 5 minutes. I definitely enjoyed my stay

Great place. Great location. When I read shared bathrooms, I panicked. But it’s so clean and so well kept. You can use the bathrooms on any floor. I never had a problem accessing the shower. Rooms we clean and tidy. I’d definitely stay again.
