Unique, well-furnished, sun-drenched loft with 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom.  
  
Morgan L stop is at the corner - just a 15 min subway to downtown Manhattan.  
  
First bedroom is cozy and has a king bed. Second bedroom is bright with a dedicated work area and a full sleeper couch.  
  
Located amidst several vibrant commercial areas, you'll be just minutes away from New York’s best restaurants, bars, vintage shopping, nightclubs, and performance venues.  
The space  
This sun-drenched apartment offers a perfect Brooklyn loft experience, including 11 foot ceilings and big south-facing windows that look onto a tree-filled, quiet junkyard.  
  
The living room has an oversize Hay couch and a plush Moroccan carpet, great for lounging, hanging out with friends, or doing yoga.  
A high-def projector with Apple TV and Sennheiser home theater are perfect for movie nights and private screenings, while a collection of vintage, designer, and custom furniture creates a cozy and eclectic atmosphere.  
The open layout offers plenty of room to entertain, with a dining table that comfortably seats up to 12, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a low-decibel dishwasher, and more than 8 feet of counter space. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, good knives, spices, dry ingredients, preserves, and baking staples. There is plenty of glassware, dishware, silverware, and servingware for large dinner parties.  
  
The first bedroom has a king bed with European linen bedding and floor-to-ceiling curtains that keep the room quiet and dark. The second bedroom has a dedicated working space and a double pull-out couch. The bathroom has a shower/tub with a Moen spa shower head, a bidet, Dusen Dusen towels, and plenty of storage.  
  
There is high-speed internet throughout the apartment with speeds up to 400gb/s on wifi and 1TB/s via ethernet.
