  • Garden apartment in a historic brownstone building nestled on a quiet street in Hell's Kitchen only steps from Times Square and Broadway. One block from the subway and ten minutes to Central Park. Right by the Target on 44th and 10th for anything you might need and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Perfect location for New Years!

    Heading out of town for the holiday and it's our first time renting our home.

    Gated entryway leads down a few steps into an open concept living space with oversized couch, large TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and breakfast nook, and dry bar. Down the hall you'll find a powder room and laundry closet with washer and dryer.

    AC's/heat in every room.

    Bedroom 1: Oversized bedroom with queen bed, large TV, and working space.
    Bedroom 2: Full bed, TV, and working space

    Main bathroom: jack and jill style situated between the two bedrooms. Comes complete with stand up shower and separate bath tub.

    Unit is immaculately clean with hardwood floors throughout

    Private outdoor space: Includes shaded table and chairs, couch seating, and gas grill.

    Unit is equipped with blazing fast fios internet, Fire TV on all televisions, and lockbox key access.
    Perfect for someone looking to explore the city as it's so close to everything.
