Great location to Time Square and Subway

This hotel puts you in the center of everything. After a flight delay due to weather and an extended coach bus ride to LGA, upon arriving to The Row we learned they had sold out and did not have the room we booked. The hotel representative gave us another room plus gave us an additional room to accommodate the other traveling family members for the entire week at no charge. Absolutely incredible service. We would definitely stay here again. Also, there is an incredible restaurant named Daniella's next door to hotel serving wonderful food at very reasonable prices.

Good location but rooms are super small no vent in bathroom AC sucked and I called three times to get it fixed no response

Not my first choice

Entering the hotel you can see it has been suffering under a constant barrage of visitors. It is as if management tried to keep up with it and then decided to just leave it be. Everything looks 'tired'. The beds are made up every day, but it looks as if the carpets are no longer being vacuumed. Didnt want to walk bearfeet in my room. Glass surfaces, especially doors, windows and railings are always smudgy. The room phone batterybwas dead and kept beeping all night long, even while it was on the charger, even the display was bearily readable any longer. NYC is the city that doesnt sleep. So if that describes you, it's an ok stay, you won't be in the toom for a long time after all

Quick dash from hotel to theatres

We have chosen Row because its right next to Majestic theatre and close to eatery, restaurants. After our late night show its a quick dash to Shake Shack then a minute walk back to Row. Guards around hotel lobby gave sense of safety security to all guests. Room with a view allowed us to watch night lights and see the sunrise from a safe place in busy NYC. Good aircon esp in summer, clean bed and bathroom. Comfortable stay, memorable experience! Thank you to all staff at Row

Excelent staff. Our room was little but ok for two. Hotel and rooms maybe need little improve but is not a big deal to stay in. A walking distance to many places as Central Park, The Empire State and many others. Sure it will be my first choose next time we visit NYC.

Stay anywhere else

Once we arrived at the hotel we went to check in and everything was going well. The person who checked us in was super nice and told us if we needed anything just ask. Then we ventured to the room. Once you step foot on the elevators you're hit in the face with a musty urine smell...this smell lingers in every elevator. We walked into the hotel and immediately went to see the sights. The next morning I decided to shower. While washing up I noticed dried blood smeared on the wall, then I noticed it in the shower curtain. I immediately jumped out and walked out of the bathroom and noticed it on the wall outside the bathroom and across the from the bathroom on another wall! I was disgusted and headed down to speak with someone about it. The first person I spoke to told me "just call the room cleaners." So after waiting awhile for someone to clean this up I decided to go speak with a manager. They proceeded to apologize and let me know that the person I spoke with doesn't actually work for the hotel room. They promised a room switch but none being available at the time I had to wait to shower. After arriving back at the hotel later and not finding a single person who knew of our situation I had to explain what happened again to a very visibly annoyed manager. Once getting into a second room things started to smooth out. The room cleaners need to learn how to read though. Even though we had a do not disturb tag on the door. All in all. Don't stay here
