Not a four star standard
I arrived Monday 17th October for a 4 night stay, queued 30 minutes for check in.. arrived to the room where there was stains on the carpet, bathroom mouldy and layers of dust everywhere. Apparently dust isn't under a general clean...! Staff not sympathetic about the dust and dirty room and complained three times..!
