Small but nice hotel located in a good area with many food choices nearby. Not happy with the mandatory $30 per day use fee added daily!

The location was great, however the hotel is definitely more. Rooms could use some updating. Have a great quick check in and easy check out one block from time square. Beds are in need of updating. The door needed to be replaced. All in all for the price it was worth it and work out well for me just one night up to see a showing tomorrow

Cheap for a reason

The hotel was ok in the sense that I've been in worse, but i would not recommend it. The room and bathroom we're tiny with thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The location is great so overall for the price it wouldn't have been bad, but they have a ton of unexpected fees that are completely unnecessary and uncommon in the business. So we could've likely stayed at a nicer, more expensive hotel for the same price.

Nice hotel in the perfect location

This hotel is just a block off Times Square and provides the perfect location to be able to take in all the sights & shows by foot. The staff is super friendly, beds are very comfortable and the elevator system is one of the best I've ever seen in assigning floors to each elevator which greatly minimizes any wait for the guests. This will be my "go-to" hotel anytime I am in NYC for future visits!

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would enhance the stay
Location: Good location, especially for shows.
Hotel is fine if you just need a base. Could do with some redecoration in places.

Horrible! Never stay here again!

Horrible hotel.... rude staff, small unclean rooms, asked them to change my sheets and leave new towels- housekeeping never even came that day!!!! The walls are paper thin and you cant sleep from all the noise! People noise, noise from those in the room above you- and evertime someone took a shower or washed their hands it sounds like your room is in a waterfall.... horrible place!
