Great location. Lovely room with all you need for a nice stay! Bar is wonderful and the food is very good for breakfast. Staff friendly and all helpful and work hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Convenient to Times Square, Theater District, Subway lines, and Restaurant Row. Highly recommend it and will stay there again! Well done on converting this to a great hotel!

I included breakfast with my reservation and that was a great addition to my stay. The room was super cute and recently renovated. The room was small but efficient and I loved that their towels were soft and not rough like many other hotels. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend to friends.

Rooms are smalll. Not sure if front desk service is slow or their system is. Didn’t allow for room holds are adjustment without going through a whole lot of trouble. Front desk cannot book for you if you want to extend. You can only go online or through a 3rd party. Breakfast and bar were good and staff was nice

ROW NYC is an excellent choice for your stay in New York! Located 5 minutes from Times Square it is ideally positioned in the heart of the theatre district allowing you to experience all the city has to offer. The hotel was clean and efficiently run. Check in/out was streamlined and we experienced no wait times. The staff are the hidden gems at this site. The manager Dan was phenomenal going above and beyond to help resolve a tech glitch with my US roaming plan from my Canadian provider. Over the course of our visit I saw him interacting with other guests as well as engaging with his staff. Amazing- management!! Our front desk receptionist Yara was friendly and helpful as well. The luggage storage staff were also friendly and eager to share good places to watch the NYKnicks playoff games! To sum it up our experience was five stars plus!! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to New York!

Good location however the room is quite small which we expected given Times Square. The bathroom was no bigger than a small travel trailer and used the same thin toilet paper. The AC didn’t work in the middle of a heat wave and the TV didn’t work. We waited over an hour for maintenance. He reset AC. It barely blew cold air and couldn’t fix TV. We let front desk know upon check out and they kindly waived our “destination” fee. The luggage guys were awesome! We were able to store our luggage before check in and after checkout for free to go exploring around more before leaving Times Square

First there is like an double resort fee, one Expedia lists and another that the hotel charges on top of that when you get there. The carpet in my room was coming up so the bathroom door didn't close. The TV didn't work. There was damage to the walls. The room was expected size, small. The room was clean. There was no hot water when I tried to shower at 9 am, guess everyone else used it up. Also only one staff member running check in, I have to absolutely commend her for doing a great job, but when I got checked into a room with an active ozone generator running I was dismayed to have to wait another 15 minutes in line to get a new room, having previously waited to get my first room.
