Great location. Theater district and time square.

Posted 28-Aug-2016
Pros: Close to everything! Perfect location.
Cons: Room furniture: Have An actual dresser. Hangers: I only had three. A small refrigerator would be great.
Location: See plays. Time square. GMA. Walking distance to points of interest like Rockefeller center.
Wonderful. Loved NYC. The best way to see the city is with the City Tour Bus. You can get off on the stops your interested in, like a museum, and get on the bus again and continue the tour.

Very convenient located

Posted 26-Aug-2016
We stayed 5 nights in Rm 956 in late August. Room is very clean, adequate size for 2 adults and a 10-yr-old kid. There's no fridge nor coffee maker in the room, but there's a safe. Lots of power outlets to charge all our electronics. Free wifi reception is good. Air conditioning unit is very loud, so is the toilet when flushed. Otherwise the room (facing 8th Ave) is quiet. Lots of food choices inside City Kitchen which is accessible from inside the hotel. The nearest metro subway stations are 42nd street - Port Authority, and 42 Street Times Square, which are about 2.5 - 3 blocks away. Just a very short away from many theatres.

Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Posted 26-Aug-2016
Pros: Location
Cons: At busy times elevators were hard to come by.
Location: Great location. Everything at the doorstep. Restaurant's, theatres, attractions, subway.
Loved the location-close to theatres, subway, Times Square and walkable to Central Park.

Close to Times Square.

Posted 24-Aug-2016
Pulled right up to the hotel which was only a block away from the heart of Times Square. Overall it was pretty nice, but there is one thing that will keep me from ever coming back to this hotel... THE ELEVATORS. There are 8 elevators in the lobby, but only 3 of them seemed to go to our floor. They were not large elevators so when everyone fills in waiting for one elevator there's a lot of time waiting for the next one to come back down. In that same time there continue to be more people cramming into the elevator area waiting to get on the same elevator. We waited a solid 20 minutes to get on an elevator that would take us to our floor. It became such a hassle each time we got back to the hotel.

Quiet room in convenient location

Posted 24-Aug-2016
Right in the midst of a bustling 8th Ave and 45th St., this hotel is across the street from a subway, around the corner from Broadway shows, near tons of restaurants and bus tour stops. The room we had was facing an inner courtyard and was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and water pressure strong, and we loved the bar downstairs although it was a bit pricey. The neighborhood is filled with bars and restaurants, however, to choose from. There is a spinning class on the premises which we did not try, but looked fun. If you want to stay in a quiet neighborhood, this is not it. If you want to get a cab quickly or hop on the A or C train in a minute, this place is great.

Good location

Posted 23-Aug-2016
Pros: Hotel is situated very handidly for getting aroung Manhatten.
Cons: Maintance and check in.
Waiting in a slow long queue to check in, is not what you want after a long haul flight. I had a bath/shower that would not drain and cleaner even told management, I told receiption for 2 days running and all that happened was plug mechanism removed and it still wouldnt drain. Not nice to arrive in bathroom with hair on sink unit.

Hôtel prés de tout!

Posted 22-Aug-2016
Pros: Prés de tout!!
Bonne endroit!

Not very good value

Posted 21-Aug-2016
The hotel it's self was fine but I would of had more room if I'd of stayed in a telephone box!. The rooms are tiny and staying in it for 2 weeks was hard work. Also the "fees" are outrageous, I got charged $25 per day for a resort fee (which is basically wifi) plus $50 per day security deposit !. I have stayed in hotels in Las Vegas for half what I payed here and they are a million times better. Me and my wife will not be returning.
