Terrible, bad behavior with one of receptionist
I waited on line till my turns came the lady wanted to assign me for a tow beds I have booked for a queen bed, however she was on the phone talking with other customers totally ignored me as if I wasn't there , her behavior and was bad , I reported to the hotel manager , I understood check out is 12pm but I had call them to extant till 1pm they have simply rejected, if want to stay first you need to send an email and pay money.. first time , bad experience, personally I don't think I will visit again, staff are not well organized zero.
