"On the first day we had to have them come and fix the safe. Out of 6 days on 2 had hot water. I don't appreciate cold showers. There's no parking, but we did not need that anyway. They need to put hooks in bathroom to hang clothes on while changing/showering. Trying to get luggage up few entrance steps was a challenge. Several times people were sitting on entrance steps in the way when we were going or coming. "

"The a/c was not working in the room and had to call maintenance to fix. The TV was not connected, so maintenance connected it while they were there fixing a/c. Water damage in bathroom and tiles missing. Shower handle broken, but I was able to get hot water. Hotel bed frame dusty/dirty. Hotel does not have restaurant or bar. It has a Mexican restaurant entrance on second floor. Lobby staff could not print out my bill until I checked out. I was charged more than what I booked on Expedia. Overall the hotel needs renovation, and I have no reason to stay there again."
