I loved how spacious and clean it was (perfect for a family or a large group traveling .) I would definitely stay again! This has a lot of bare necessities (e.g. soap, sponge, few rolls of toilet paper.) if you want more things/ are planning a longer stay, you will need to bring that on your own. They even have their own washer and dryer. There are plenty of stores and a target right across the street that makes buying stuff very convenient. We were able to make wonderful family memories here. Just as an fyi, this a ground unit vrbo. You can hear nosies on the street however, we never felt unsafe and it didn’t bother us too much. Very comfortable and spacious layout. Lots of closet and cupboard space with enough towels and paper products and soaps for a week. 2 spacious bathrooms and washer/dryer worked really well. It was fun to be in East Village close to lots of good food (check out Smor, Velseka) and transportation. The layout was such that we had enough bathroom privacy, enough room for our belongings and luggage, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is great, especially if you like being near restaurants.We struggled to get in at first because a key piece of the entry info wasn't included which was initially stressful, but they were very responsive. The unit is spacious and perfect for what we needed. One of the AC units was dripping so badly that we could not use it, but because it was not as hot as it can be during the summer, we did not continue messaging management once we let them know that we had to turn it off. The small kinks could be easily resolved, and overall, this apartment is a great price for the space. We ended up wasting over two hours just trying to get into the property, which set the tone for the rest of the stay.Once inside, things went downhill fast. The bathroom smelled terrible, which made it unpleasant to use, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable—nobody got a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the place was crawling with bugs, and it was unbearably hot. While there were ceiling fans, they barely made a dent in cooling down the space, leaving us sweating and miserable.The host’s lack of communication, combined with the poor condition of the property, made this stay one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. ##### Camila P.
