Modern 1.5 bedroom apartment with spacious living room in the heart of Greenpoint.

Full kitchen with bar seating as well as a dining room table for 4.
Kitchen is equipped with Nespresso machine, Vita-mix blender, and all plates, cups etc.
The master bedroom has lots of light and faces an interior courtyard which insures ultra quiet sleep.

The 2nd bedroom is a small space perfect for a child under 7. Equipped with lots of toys. Bed is lofted with a cozy reading area underneath the bed.

The building has lots of outdoor anccess including a huge rooftop with 360 degree city views. There is also a 2nd floor deck with a accessible BBQ.

Living area is large by New York standards.

70 inch TV in living room with subscriptions to Hulu, HBO, Peacock, Disney +, Apple TV, Paramount and Amazon.
