I will keep it a buck the rooms are tiny but that’s NYC I guess. They are clean though. Besides that, the staff was amazing! Very helpful, accommodating, and kind. We appreciate all of them for their assistance. Great location! It’s perfectly situated for all of NYC. Easy to catch an uber or the subway and plenty of sites in walking distance. Great for those looking to save a little on your stay and great for those trying to run around NYC like me. The Bar has an exceptional view one of the best in the city!

The young lady (Rachel) at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and should be recognized for it. She recommended options for transportation to JFK which proved to be the best option for me. In addition, helped me with directions around the midtown area of the city. I was so pleased with her professionalism and kindness.

We stayed at the Hyatt hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby dining and attraction options. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend the Hyatt to anyone visiting the area.

We had four people in the room, and every day they took all our towels and only gave us 2 or 3, so each night I had to request extra towels. The room was quiet, which was great. Although long waits for the elevators at times.

The rooms was very clean. Staff was personable. One minute walk to Bryant Park and the library, which is beautiful. Great places to eat breakfast in Bryant Park, which is very convenient. In the perfect location compared to other hotels I was going to book that were more so near Times Square but when we visited those hotels while walking around there was so much traffic compared to the quietness around our hotel, which was great. Another Pro was that the hotel offers parking, however, offsite, which is about a two minute walk away in a private smaller parking garage- if you park your car there yourself it is $45 for a sedan/daily and bigger SUVs at about $10 more/daily vs valet parking, which is about $85/daily. But on site restaurant was some of the best Italian food I have ever ate along with great service. The AZ rooftop bar is also one of a kind, with great drinks and a perfect center view of the Empire State building. A con would be that the hotel does not offer any water to drink; in which we found to be quite common staying in New York City. So make sure to bring water jugs/bottles for your stay. The hotel also charges a $300 security deposit on arrival, which I wasn’t aware would be that much, but just for your reference. Overall, my entire group was very pleased with this hotel! ;)
