Upon arrival, my family and I encountered several issues that made us uncomfortable staying. The walls were visibly dirty, the couch had noticeable stains, and the door handle to the unit was broken — forcing us to use a card to push it open throughout our stay. Despite being mentioned in the listing, there were no twin beds available, which caused additional stress for sleeping arrangements. Most concerning was a visible rat infestation right next to the building, which was truly unsettling.There were a couple of positives — the bathroom was clean, and the bedroom itself was nicely maintained — but these were outweighed by the other serious concerns.
