A good hotel with basic amenities (not luxurious or fancy). Location is excellent and close to subway stations and many local attractions. The staff is very helpful (more so compared to other NYC hotels). Very large rooms.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s location is very convenient to several locations of interest, and was also quiet and felt safe at night. Though there is no gym in the hotel, there is a park right across the street that offers multiple different exercise options. I would stay there again.

When I arrived at the property they checked us in hours early. It was centrally located to many places I needed to see. It was clean. And had a good view! For the price I was very happy with this location! No frills but everything I needed!

Centrally located in Chinatown across from a large park. Hotel and room are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Although the room was small it was cozy. The price point was very good for NYC, and will stay again when in the City.

Very close to City Hall and Historic Seaport. The staff was very supportive, my TV was not set-up but it was ok, I was too busy outside my room to really watch any TV. Canal Street subway is about 7 minutes away and lots of local eateries on Mulberry.

Hotel was in a good location and clean. Only issue was the air conditioning was absolutely freezing so the room was so cold and it couldn’t be switched off (there was a note saying not to press anything on the thermostat as it would get colder) we did have to report it as one night the room was freezing cold but even after it was sorted it was still really cold in there!

This hotel location is perfect to immerse yourself in local New York City. We got the room with a balcony that has a city view. Totally worth it to get this room. Great price for what you get. The room was clean and comfortable. You are basically in Chinatown, right across from Columbus Park. Getting the subway from our hotel was super easy as well. The staff was friendly and cleaning staff was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is in excellent Location. Within walking distance to the Little Italy, Chinatown, and downtown Courthouse area. Room is clean, staff is friendly, parking garage is few steps away. We parked in front of the hotel to check-in, unload our luggage, cart to our room then park in the garage. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
