The location is perfect! Easy walk to various subway lines. Many places to eat around the location. The room has a kitchen. It was great to have a place for drinks and easy breakfast and lunch meals. Everything was clean. Very good communication for check in.

Great stay! A couple blocks from Empire State and all the main sites in the city. In room heater made it so nice to set our own temperature during cold weather. Nice clean bathroom, kitchen with dishes, a pull out table all made this very convenient. On check out day we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was so helpful. Overall highly recommend this cute nyc apartment!! We stayed there with our kids and it was very safe and kid friendly.

Overall, I would def. stay here again. The listing pictures were just what we got. We traveled to NYC as a family of 5, 2 kids 1 toddler and the beds in our room were a lifesaver, plenty of room. We had a nice view and it was located in a great area! Everything was just blocks away. (it is NY, so you are walking 90%of the time anyway) Time square was about 10 blocks but so much to see in between it did not feel far. The parking situation was a little stressful since there is no onsite parking. The host will send you some info for spothero however, we found parking 5 min walk at AZ Parking garage. It is valet, 24hrs no in and out $75 it worked out the best out of the other options. I will say check in was a little confusing despite plenty of info sent before the trip but when you walk in there is a desk and other "reception" check in areas. This building has multiple hosts,each one w/their own check in area so it was overwhelming at first walking in with bags and kids and so many people looking for their host but once we found its RECEPTION 5,the rest was easy! Wifi did not work,thankfully did not need it much. Elevator in building is REALLY slow, so warning you could be waiting a while especially when everyone is trying to check out. I would stay here again, i like this better than Hotel procedures, its quicker and much more casual and host was there if needed but did not bother us at all or was picky about anything through our stay. Def. recommend!

I was with my family for a weekend, and staying here was the best thing we did, it's close to everything, you can walk to the Empire State, to the Summit to Times Square, it's close to everything, the girl at the reception super friendly and the apartment very clean, it had everything you could need. The space was perfect, we were 5 people and it was enough, thank you Empire Apartment, I will return
