I was able to check in early without a fee or any fuss. It was a perfect stay. The room is clean, the size of the room is just right with great amenities, the staff is very helpful and courteous from reception to housekeeping.

Very friendly staff. Place was clean. Nice size room. Check on is at 3 we arrived early around 1 they let us check in and get a room. Check out at 12 is nice. Right across the street from Grand Central Station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location on a pretty quiet street just step away from Grand Central Station. Lots of food and dining and food options. Having a small refrigerator in the room would have been great amenity to have especially with the hot humid weather.

Clean rooms, nice sized for Manhattan. Bed was soft but comfy. The bathrooms have been updated which was nice (misses having lotion provided though). Strangely, the curtains in the room, when closed to block out the outside light, were long enough to also block the AC fan . . . we figured it out, but a little strange. Nice entryway, all the staff were helpful and friendly, and the back door to the next door pub was convenient! We were going to the US Open and it was super convenient to be right next to Grand Central Terminal. Overall, we would stay here again!

This a true hidden gem. The staff are amazing, professional and very kind. The bar is cozy and has as a great outdoor patio. I did use the spa, but looked great. Hotel is in perfect location. 1 min walk to Grand Central. Ability to go anywhere from there, or stay, and spend hours exploring the beautiful Station. Looking forward to my next stay.

Hotel is older and in need of updating rugs, wall coverings. Bed and linens were comfortable. Bathroom light fixture was missing a globe. Room was stuffy and we called about AC. Someone did reset it and came right away- they were responsive. $40 resort fee was high for fitness center we didn’t use, wifi that wasn’t provided, and phone (who needs that anymore). Lots of better options in the city, but rooms were not widely available. Location is very good, and The Wheeltapper next door was excellent. Enjoyed the welcome beverage at checkin.

We loved this quite small hotel in the middle of Manhattan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very well located and 2 minutes away from Central Station. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly, the room was pretty quiet and clean, and the location was ideal. However, there were several things in the room that did not work or were inconvenient. The worst was the toilet which had zero suction power. It literally took 10 flushes to flush anything down, and no, we did not put anything in the toilet other than what is considered standard.
