The property was well located ie in the city but far away from the noise. The staff were friendly especially Jaleeza, Malik and all the staff who work the breakfast shift. There is a cold water dispenser in the lobby which is such a nice gesture.

The location is the best one can get. Breakfast is a little boring, yet one can save a few dollars, which is a good thing considering everything is expensive in NYC.

The people in the breakfast area were so nice, they really love to help us and maintain a special environment where you can feel comfortable. Also, they pay attention to details and were so lovable to all people. The area was always ready with the available food. I truly recommend that they receive compensation for their hard work.
