Room is ok size for New York standard. Clean. Comfortable bed. Really only good for 1 person. Breakfast area and work space is open and lively communal feel.

Disliked: Amenities
Staff was great, the location is good (next to lower east side and SOHO). Room is fairly nice. Common area generally has people, rooftop bar isn’t bad Negative points are that blackout curtains don’t work well, cleaning staff did not vacuum well (dirt/leaves brought in from rainy days), the gym is a joke (only dumbbells and treadmill - not even a bench), many homeless men sleep outside just to the right of the hotel although they are harmless
