We never used Latch to check in and we were worried since tech and wifi can be iffy to certain things out of our control. The only negative part was there was a huge hole in the wall on the bedroom entrance sharing the living room space so it was an eye sore. We did not use the rooftop due to cooler weather but it did look very nice and welcoming. Unit did not seem as “brand new” as advertised and while clean it seemed very used. Walls scuffed, furniture stained in places, unsightly heater/air conditioner units. Pictures of the unit did not quite match our experience. Traffic exiting the Queensboro bridge could sometimes be heard (lots of horns) but didn’t keep us up at night.
