Staff very very helpful. Space room was ok too for traveling with children and since is next to Grand station so is easy to arrive everywhere just walking some blocks or taking the Metro. I would love TO Stay there again.

Hotel Edison Times Square
Room was clean and larger than I expect in NYC, and they upgraded us to two queen beds (instead of one). Grab & Go breakfast was plenty substantial, staff were efficient. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see and do and easy to access our room when needed. Our room was perfect for what we needed. NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Nice hotel, very close to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Unfortunately there was an extremely long line to check in. I had to change my clothes in the lobby restroom and then store our bags at the luggag
