The front desk staff is not friendly. The market store in the hotel has double/ triple of the price of stores outside the hotel. While room service staff is very helpful and friendly. Room does not have coffee/tea set, basic hotel amenities such as complimentary toiletries.

Pod Times Square
It would have helped if the hotel had a good parking rate and stated it. I parked 10 blocks away for a better rate. Breakfast could have been better, but there are several place nearby for good sit-down meals.

This was my first time staying here and I was very impressed by the location, service, and amenities. I will definitely return and rate it 10/10

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
the elevators are a disaster. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for one. The breakfast is ample, but is not good food.
