Nestled in the heart of the peaceful village of New Ulm, Sunswept Rise Cottage offers a cozy and immaculately kept retreat for guests. Conveniently just 2 blocks away from the Vault Wine Bar, Texas Star Cafe, and Bel Tavola Restaurant. Open, airy feel of the cottage maintains the charm of a cozy environment. Two well-appointed bedrooms feature comfortable beds to accommodate up to 4 adults. The Main bedroom has an elegant queen bed with roomy ensuite bathroom including large shower and double sinks. There's also a large screen Roku TV and walk in closet for your comfort. The guest bedroom showcases 2 beautiful four-poster twin beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep and a large dresser for guests to unpack and settle in. With 2 full bathrooms, a fully supplied kitchen, highspeed Wifi, and Smart TVs you'll have all the necessary amenities for a fabulous, restorative stay. Extended Check-In and Check-Out times offered when available. New Construction makes for a comfy stay in a cozy atmosphere. Come and experience the charm of this New Ulm cottage and create lasting memories. Screened in porch and large covered back patio for enjoying the peaceful country environs. Booking guest must be over age 25 and stay on the property. No parties or events. Max occupancy is 4 persons (no more than 2 people under age 18) No effort has been made to childproof the property. No children under age 6 permitted on the property. Due to our daughter's Extreme allergies, we are unable to accept animals of any kind on the property. Due to her extreme allergies, No Smoking, Vaping, candles or other open flames are permitted inside the house at any time. Owner is involved in the community and frequently nearby to assist guests. Available by phone or text 8:00am - 9:00pm. (24/7 in the event of an emergency.) Guest use of firepit and/or BBQ is at their own risk and must be tended by a responsible adult. Grill and firepit must remain in-place outside at all times. Enjoy your peaceful morning coffee in the screened in porch or roomy back patio. Note\* Firewood must be kept in the fire wood storage unit located nearby. No firewood is to be placed on the porch, against the house or inside. Thanks for helping us keep the pests away. Stays longer than 14 nights require a mid-stay housekeeping visit. Fresh linens, retrieval of used towels, general cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms as well as surface dusting and floors are included in this visit. Security box available attached to the primary closet wall. Out in the middle of such a cute little town with an amazing wine bar down the street. If you're looking for comfort, peace and quiet then this is your place. The house is very well appointed, super clean, beds are super comfortable and the linens were fantastic. Absolutely loved the screened in porch and the covered back patio. We enjoyed having our coffee out there in the mornings and since the weather was nice - dinner on the patio. Will stay here again whether with the girlfriends or with the hubs!
