I’d like to say thank you for the staff but the hotel needs to make sure about the manager’s approach with the whole crew. It’s not about working by pressure but work happy. It’s not about you have a perfect service but it’s about to see no pressure in the staff’s eyes. If any guest ask to perfection and the solution will be pressure, that’s clear to no work.

What a relaxing special place! Staff were wonderful - couldn’t do enough for you! The hotel was beautiful, the pool area and restaurants were special! Food was incredible. We Absolutly loved our week here. Thanks so much.
