An extra blanket would have made me a little more comfortable. I didn't see breakfast so I dont know if it was served or not. Bed was comfortable nice pillows and not those small flat ones."

"Beautiful home and great host!We loved our stay at this beautiful and very well-maintained property in the Tyler area! The house itself is gorgeous, and the host was incredibly nice and readily available whenever we needed anything.We only noticed a few minor maintenance areas that could use attention:Bathrooms: The shower head in the restroom between the two bedrooms needs to be replaced, and the tub drainage is currently very slow. A few of the bath towels are also showing some wear and could use replacing.Electronics: The TV in the bedroom near the movie room didn't have cable or any streaming services hooked up, so we weren't able to use that particular television.Despite these small fixes, the overall experience was fantastic, and the positive aspects completely outweighed these details. We would definitely reserve this house again on our next trip to Tyler!I"

"What a wonderful and peaceful place this is to stay! Exactly as portrayed in the posting. Very friendly and communicative hosts (but also very willing to respect space and privacy). The accommodations were cozy, clean and comfortable (a coupe of wasps we did battle with but as should be expected with a rural locale). Their dogs have impeccable manners. If bringing a dog you might bring a tie out (to be used as you supervise of course) as we ended up having to attach leash to chairs to have a hand free to drink coffee. They do provide an outside kennel as well as crates. (We brought our own.) We’ll be back!"
