Favorite Beach Getaway!

Beautiful condo

Great time at this complex, hardly anybody there, condo was spacious and beautiful. Pool was great, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We stayed a week and had a good time

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We vacation in NSB every year. The location is perfect and convenient to walk to restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. Melody, the host was fabulous to work with on booking, friendly and super easy to communicate with throughout our stay. To our surprise the condo was ready early and we were allowed an early check in! We will definitely book this condo again!

Excellent space! Updated and great bedrooms. The location is perfect. Would absolutely rent again. We had chairs and more to use which was very helpful. Coffee was provided and other kitchen supplies.

This Condo is perfect. Melody and the owner went above and beyond to make sure this place was perfect for my girlfriends and myself for our 21 year college reunion. Beds were extra comfy, bathrooms very clean, kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and all the essentials. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The unit was newly renovated and very clean and had a nice view from the balcony. It was nice to have all the restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques within walking distance. Great location!

Wonderful Stay!

Look no further this condo has it all! Super clean and has a ton of extras: 4 beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, umbrella/pop up tent for beach. Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied, pool towels, comfortable beds, quiet complex. Pool overlooks the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. 7-11 is a few steps from the condo great for quick needed items. We thoroughly loved our stay here and will be back!

Gem in New Smyrna Beach

This property is perfect for a family getaway! The location is close to everything but quiet enough to relax. The property has an amazing view of the water, even closer than the photos look. The property is clean and well stocked with beach needs for family fun. Recommend Norwoods, Corkscrew, Garlic, Breakers and Third Wave as local restaurants. We also appreciated being able to walk to the 7-11 and Flagler Street.

Amazing condo

Great view of the beach from the balcony, steps to Flagler Av and all the good shops and eatery’s. Renovations are really nice, floors are beautiful. new appliances too. Gorgeous tile in the 2 showers. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Loved all the beach gear that was available for renter use, Even a surfboard !!! Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of games to play also. Will rent again. Price was very reasonable compared to other rooms and condos in the area.

Amazing Beach Condo

This condo is newly renovated and is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was super clean, new appliances in the kitchen and fully stocked for all cooking needs. Communication with the host Melody was wonderful, she was super kind and supplied all info needed prior to our stay and check in could not have been any easier. Great location right on the beach and within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. The property and pool area were very well maintained and everyone that we encountered during our stay was very pleasant. We found everything we needed at the condo, plenty of linens and extras provided, beds were comfy and the entire place was decorated very nicely and felt very homey. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back next year! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Location, location, location

Win-San A214 is an extremely nice property right in the heart of the beach - just off the main drag (Flagler Ave). The kitchen had all the amenities needed, beds were comfortable, and the pool offered a nice change of pace to the beach. Melody was very responsive. Please note that parking, internet and getting around on the property can present challenges. The property only has 1 assigned parking spot. Guest parking is available but was typically full during our stay. This made it difficult since we had 2 vehicles so be prepared. Internet access is available, but the instructions could be improved and required some back and forth with Melody but resolved by our 2nd day. You need to carry a key everywhere to open gates to get to the pool and the beach. I understand the importance of security, but it did make it tough with 4 of us and having only 2 keys if each person had a different schedule. Fortunately, there is the option to walk to Esther (public beach) next door for beach access if "locked in" on property.

Perfect Stay

Very nice place to stay. Close to many local restaurants. Nice to have chairs and other beach gear. Bring extra towels as kids use so many. NSB is a great place to be with families.
