The cottage looked new inside and out. The owner met us at the property and showed us all we needed to get started. The owner was responsive to phone texts for our questions after he left. This was our 3rd year staying in New Smyrna for an extended length of time, so we are familiar with the area and this house was a great location. Quiet street. 4 min walk from front door to beach. 8 min walk to Flagler and 8 min walk to the garlic and heaths health food store (2 of our favorites) the house was completely spotless and decorated nicely with lots of extras! All of the beds were comfortable. Which was great bc last years house we were not as fortunate! There was a small fenced in yard out front which was perfect for our 2 small dogs and 2 small children! The house looks exactly as advertised but I would say even cleaner and more comfortable than I would as expecting. We had a great stay and would definitely return to this home. ##### laura l.
