#### Spotless and Family-Friendly – Just What We Needed

We had such a fantastic stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, everything felt so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained—it honestly felt like we were the very first guests. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the board games and the pack ’n play, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. You can really tell the property owner put care and attention into making sure guests have everything they need (Still be sure to pack your usual toiletries and a few basics like coffee and sugar). It was a peaceful, comfortable, and truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Also, the sunrise was beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family-friendly getaway!

#### Spring break getaway

Location was perfect. We did not need to use the elevator and were a few steps away from the beach and the pool. There were several umbrellas and chairs to use for the beach which was nice because we flew into Florida. Property was clean. There is construction going on and the noise affects you more at the pool but that would not stop us from renting again. Beach is clean and private. We did not run into any issues. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing!

My family has been coming to NSB for over 50 years and we are always looking for a great condo. I have two parts to this review; one in regards to the unit and another that I cant ignore which was unbelievable construction going on in the building, this unit itself was a nice place to stay, you can’t beat a ground floor unit. The walk to the beach was very short (I typically have to haul all the beach stuff so this was a big deal) the walk to the pool was also very short so this made it easy to move around. We loved watching the beach bunny rabbits right out front. Its beach front but there are natural dunes that do block the view (not a dealbreaker though). The unit was well equipped with anything we needed. On our 2nd day a construction crew one floor above us started jackhammering tile pretty much all day everyday Monday-Friday from 9-5\. The noise was unbearable….I have 2 small kids and the noise was so loud we could not occupy this unit during work hours. Needless to say what we thought was going to be a relaxing vacation turned into a nightmare for us. Usually we are made aware of any major renovations on the property at other condos but they don’t do that here. I want to be clear, this would have been a perfect stay, I have to knock off 2 stars in my rating due to what we experienced. Units in this property are under renovations and other renters should know this.
