Wonderful

Loved our stay at this condo. Everything was provided and more. It was very clean, decorated nicely and had comfortable furniture for relaxing. Great ocean views. I would highly recommend it for families too. On the non driving part of the beach and close to Disney.

Perfect Stay for our family!

Great stay! Perfect location! Condo was cozy and welcoming. My husband said he’d go back each year. Being picky dusting could be a bit more detailed. Overall it was perfect for our family.

This place is AMAZING!!!

This condo was perfect in every way. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bonus room with pool/beach amenities was very convenient for our family with small children. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. There were so many good places to eat within a 10 minute drive- River Deck & Tiki bar and The Garlic were our favorite. We will definitely be back!

10 Star Property!

Great Host! Property is fully equipped for your stay. Clean and updated. Breathtaking gorgeous views, sunrise and sunsets. Close by to everything, but far enough where the beach is not crowded. The property and the grounds are very well kept. Can't say enough good things about this little piece of heaven. Thank you to our host for an amazing family vacation!

Abbie’s Condo

We really enjoyed our 2 week vacation at Sunrise . We have been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 30years and Sunrise and Abbie’s Condo are by far the best !! The condo is beautifully decorated with all the necessary essentials and the ocean view is spectacular. We had to reach out to Abbie during our stay and she immediately responded to us. She is an awesome host! We hope to return next year again.

Lovely comfortable condo smack on the beach

My husband and I very much enjoyed this condo. Super clean. Easy communication with the owner. Seamless checkin and checkout. Very comfortable furniture in all rooms. We walked the beautiful beach miles every day weather cooperated. Plenty of parking. Owners and other renters were very inclusive. And the on-site office manager and the maintenance manager were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this condo.

Excellent condo!

We go to New Smryna every summer and this condo has been our favorite so far! Very spacious and the location is perfect. Having a washer/dryer in unit was also very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Beach Week

Great week - clean & family oriented! We were vacationing with several families - an annual event. We had many children 4 and under - the pool was a wonderful & relaxing way to end a great day at the beach!!!

What a beautiful unit overlooking the pool and ocean.

Great location and amenities!

We loved our time at Stay Special! Both bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. We especially liked the white noise machine. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the laundry machines were clean and new. The beach stairs were washed out by the recent hurricane, but it didn't hamper our fun. The stairs were already being repaired while we were there, and alternative beach access was just a short walk away. We loved the close proximity to Canaveral National Seashore, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and The Kennedy Space Center. If you're traveling with kids, be sure to check the visitor center hours for Canaveral National Seashore so your kiddos can earn their Junior Ranger Badges!

A Great Stay

The condo was very nice! The only thing I would recommend is that the kitchen needs more plastic containers with lids. Throw away containers would work fine. We bought some to use while we were there and we also purchased a gallon pitcher for tea. We like to buy fresh fruit and there was very little available to store strawberries, blueberries and watermelon in the frig. Also, there were no baggies. Thank you for sharing your "home away from home" with us.

Great Condo with Amazing View

We rented the condo with my brother and sister-in-law who live in a different state than we do. It was the perfect size for us. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of beach supplies which made it easy to walk right down and spend the day on the beach. It was so nice to have this condo located on the "no drive" portion of the beach. We didn't have to worry about cars or where to sit. The owners were super communicative which is always a plus. There was an accident that caused us to lose power and Abbie let us know as soon as she received notification. She also let us know about an upcoming rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center. Super helpful! The condo was located in the perfect spot. There are numerous restaurants to choose from. It was close to Flagler Ave which has tons of shops and restaurants all leading to the beach. THE BEST PART... the sunrise. They were nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sun come up was breathtaking! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!! Would definitely rent from Abbie again!!

Great Stay!

This was our 3rd year staying in this unit. Clean with beautiful views. Has everything you need. Host Abbie is wonderful! Upon arriving on a Saturday, early evening, we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t as warm as expected. I texted Abbie, she advised she would reach out to a technician and get back to me. She promptly replied that the technician would be out on Sunday morning. The technician showed up 1st thing Sunday morning and quickly fixed the issue :)

wonderful trip

Had a wonderful time at Sunrise. The unit was beautiful, the sunrise spectacular every morning. What a great spot on the beach, and located near all of the fun stuff in New Smyrna. We will for sure be coming back to stay again. thank you for the perfect trip!! Ed Boehm

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. The beach in this area was lovely, uncrowded, and clean. The condo was perfect - just as described. No complaints at all! Communication with the host was great. We really appreciated the beach supplies provided. We didn't make it to the taco stand, unfortunately, but Boston's Fish House was delicious and our trip to the Kennedy Space Center was unforgettable. We even got to watch a rocket launch from the beach right in front of the condo one night - a wonderful, unexpected surprise. I definitely recommend this rental for location, comfort and cleanliness.

AMAZING!!

Our trip was our family of four~a single Momma and her three young adult children. This was our first vacation as a family just the four of us. The condo was exactly as we expected~gorgeous!! We were right on a private beach which allowed multiple trips to the beach and a swimming pool as well. The condo was clean and spacious enough that we didn’t get in each other’s way but also provided room for me to connect with each child on a level we hadn’t achieved on some time!! The sunrise were my favorite part quickly followed by the rocket launches you could see right from the beach. We had done some research on New Smyrna before we came so we knew we would eat our once per day and the other meals we could prepare in the spacious kitchen with all the cooking utensils/cookware provided. The parks at each end of the “island” should be on your list of must do’s!! The food was delicious and the people friendly. We were able to make a quick trip into Disney Springs as well as Kennedy Space Center. The beds were very comfortable and Abbie was very easy to communicate with. We are definitely planning on a yearly trip!!

Stunning View - Quiet Beach

Property was beautiful! Clean unit with plenty of space. The area is very family friendly. Nice quiet beaches and had the pool to ourselves most of the time! Even got to watch a rocket launch right from the beach! Condo had all the beach stuff you need from towels, toys, boogie boards, cooler and even a beach cart. Made our beach trip easy. Never visited this area, the town is so cute and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and everything you need

This place is a must! It is equipped with everything you need and plus some. So many beach items and beach towels. The kitchen has every utensil you could think of, crockpot, blender, ice maker and beautiful bar. The master bathroom has the most amazing shower! Compression blankets, chair for the shower for those who need and a tv in every room! But the morning and evening view is absolutely the best! We even got to see the rocket launched from Kennedy Space Center. Abbie and Jeff have put a lot of time and thought into this condo and it’s definitely home away from home.

Beautiful condo with amazing beach view and access.

This is an amazing ,peaceful place! Everyone we met at this location went out if their way to be helpful. This is an accessible unit and Abbie made sure That they had created a handicap van accessible parking space for us. Abbie is a very caring owner and made sure that this 1st trip in 6 years was as easy as possible. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation. Multiple rooms with enough space for at least 6. The beach and tho pool are fantastic and right outside the door. Couple nice places to check out are Chases and Breakers, both right on the ocean! The plan is to return sometime. Thanks for the beautiful place and great service.
