Plus, Flagler Avenue's shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. The open layout welcomes you with a cozy sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and large smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, blender, and standard coffee maker. Enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for six or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter. Just beyond the sunroom, sliders open to a private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling seasonally heated pool, paved pool deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor speakers for music by the pool. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third has two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The guest bathroom features a combination tub and shower.
