Pet fee required Bedrooms are Master King bed and secondary has a new queen bed and new twin bed. Also includes a queen blowup.Oceanwalk Condominiums are situated at the quiet end of NSB. Smaller dogs only and add pet fee at booking. Ask if more than 1 dog fee is per dog. This unit offers all the amenities of home! The almost 1400 sq foot oasis faces the ocean, so you get a peek of the ocean from the large balcony off the living room and can also view the ocean from the main bedroom. Bedroom includes access to the patio as well. Unwind on the balcony with your favorite glass of wine or beverage. This 2nd floor corner unit is situated in the front of the community and offers a nicely furnished large living area with a spacious kitchen, a full laundry room, large main bedroom with a luxurious attached bathroom which includes a jetted tub separate from the standup shower. There is also a large front bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin plus an area with a desk for office work (private video conf. calls) or school usage. Second bathroom is situated right next to this bedroom-full bathroom with tub/shower etc. Brand new Smart TV's in all the rooms with high speed internet hooked up for streaming your favorite channels/shows, or for getting any left-over work completed. We loved the property, location and quietness of community. The condo is decorated beautifully, has everything you need and property manager was great and very helpful. Beautiful furnishings...lots of amenities available...Loved the large porch with an ocean peek! Large fully furnished kitchen and comfy beds...we will definitely return! Pictures did not do justice to how spacious, tastefully decorated the condo is. Greatly appreciated the washer n dryer in condo, little drying rack, stuff for beach, easy walk to beach, deck to set out on. Beds were comfortable. The other people were friendly. Great location. The floor plan is open and roomy, and the unit has been well-maintained. It was tastefully decorated, and I was very impressed with how clean it was. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extras. We were welcomed with a nice snack basket and the kitchen and baths were well stocked with soaps and paper products. We had no issues during our stay but Dawn was great to work with in the rental process, we enjoy the area, and we’ll be back! ##### Stephen W. The location in the complex is very convenient. We enjoyed the condo very much. Checking in was quick and easy, and there were lots of supplies already there for us when we arrived.
