The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones. Snuggle along the rolling dune is this recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath first-floor townhome at the Sea Dunes Green Turtle. This unique property features white-painted wood walls, new plank floors throughout, and everything you'll need to make your stay a memorable one. The Sunny Daze townhome is located on the ground level. The ocean-view living room features a smart Roku TV, with a cozy couch and chair, sliders leading to the ocean-view deck, and quick beach access, making it easy to get to the white sandy beach in no time. Walk right out the sliders to the path leading to the refreshing pool adjacent. This townhome is the ultimate vacation getaway! The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all your baking essentials. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the ocean from the dining area with seating for 4\. The spacious master suite features sneak peeks of the ocean, a king-size bed, and smart Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and the full bath is located in the hallway and features a walk-in shower. Sea Dunes is within seconds of a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet. The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see! Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. The short walk to the beach is amazing!!! The view of the ocean was better than the pictures! We brought our own chairs canopy and boogie boards but at this place they had all of the above plus more! The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were up all times of the night and you could hear every single movement..the other downside was the shared washer and dryer when upstairs and downstairs were checking out at the same time but we communicated and both families got everything done by 930! Lots of pros about the rental... easy check in and out, wonderful location, amazing views, great decor, super clean, and AC worked great which is definitely important for a Florida beach rental during summer. Only a few minor cons... missing remote, you wake up with the upstairs renters due to the acoustics in those buildings, would have liked a deadbolt on the front door, and wish there would have been a regular coffee maker since I didn’t bring the single serving cups. It was clean and updated. The pool was a nice bonus especially since it was empty most of the time! It's close to shops and restaurants. The main complaint I had was the upstairs guests (friends of the owner, so they said) they literally walked around ALL night. The ceilings must not be very well insulated because we could hear every step they made. They even asked us after the first night if we could hear them and we said YES! Seems like they didn't care though because the steps were louder each night, almost deliberately!
