About this property

Remodeled home walking distance to Canal St.

  • Enjoy historic downtown New Smyrna at our fully renovated duplex. We are a 2 minute walk from Canal Street and the inter coastal, and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We provide towels and toilet paper for the bathroom. We provide a starter kit of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. We have beach towels available for your use. We have internet and both TV's( in living room and bedroom) are smart TVs.

    Please note; We have enough beds to sleep 6 people. However, we do not have a kitchen table to seat 6. There are 4 bar stools at the island and also 3 moveable side tables in the living room that can be used to eat on.
