After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind and watch the crowds below on Flagler Avenue during events from your very own private balcony with outdoor seating! Not feeling like eating out? Prepare your culinary creations in the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with quartz countertops. If you want to walk everywhere on Flagler, this is the place. Rent a golf cart at some point too so you can cruise the entire beach. ##### Amy C. The Mermaid Loft was the perfect location to the beach and Flager Ave restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Ideal for our family of 5\. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and some hair products and shower gel included. Space to people watch on the balcony and a quiet spot on the large patio near the front door. Cute and friendly breakfast spot, "THE PATIO", right outside your front door downstairs---so convenient! I can't rave about this condo enough. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it can get loud at night. It didn't bother our family, kids fell right asleep, but that is us. We enjoyed the people watching.
