This luxury, 3 bedroom/3 bath condominium unit is located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, Florida – within a 1-minute walk to all the best restaurants, cafes, beach bars, surf shops and boutiques that Flagler Avenue has to offer. Security codes are required to access the property, the entryway lobby, and the elevator. These of course will be provided in the welcome email after booking. From the ground level lobby, step into the elevator and head up to level 1 to gain access to your luxury flat! Across from the elevator, your unit awaits. Unit 102 opens up into an expansive open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining and living rooms, making this space perfect for large gatherings. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all stainless-steel appliances, includes lots of counter space for preparing meals, and has an island with seating for three. In an alcove off to one side of the kitchen is a pantry area with washer /dryer and a deep wash basin with additional storage for your snacks and groceries. Moving to the left of the entryway, is a beautiful dining table with seating for six. Just beyond the dining table is the luxurious living area which features a comfy plush sectional and a large smart tv for your enjoyment. This entire area is enveloped in natural light coming from the sliding glass doors which lead out to two separate, ocean-facing balconies, with plenty of seating. Whether enjoying quality time with friends and family over a meal in the dining area, watching a game on the big screen while relaxing on the plush sectional sofa, or relishing in the ocean breeze on either of the balconies, you will be so pleased that there is so much space for you and your party to gather, relax and unwind, all while being on NSB island time.
