Although listed as a 2 bedroom, it was more of a very large (and nice) studio with a separate small room that had a bed (which you walk through to get to the studio). The house was perfect for our needs, small but perfectly comfortable and cozy for the 3 of us!! It was very nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing! My grandson just had to take a bath in the beautiful clawfoot tub! The balcony/deck was perfect for early mornings with coffee and a book, and I spent many hours out there! Being a block from the beach, and close to town was also really nice! All the little extra touches like a snack basket, laundry soap, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas, were unexpected but very much appreciated!!! It was a wonderful time!!! My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, the bathroom/kitchenette areas were very well equipped, and the location is great for the price. 10-minute walk to Flagler and plenty of parking space. The elevator to get up to the suite is a great amenity. My only quibbles are that we had to remove all of the CO/smoke detectors upon arrival since they were chirping, the TV remote batteries were dead with no extras on property, saying there are "beach views" is very much a stretch, and we were completely unaware that we'd be sharing the rest property with other guests. That would've been nice to know beforehand. Outside of that, we would absolutely book again and would recommend this place to anyone! ##### Jon S.
