Find your home away from home in the Happy Landing unit

Welcome to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the 4th floor. Beautiful view overlooking the pool and the ocean. Entry to the property is accessible with an elevator, access to the pool sitting area. Entrance to the Unit is accessible by most wheelchairs (32.5 inches). Many bathroom safety supports including grab bars in the shower and on the bathroom wall for support. (Bathroom is NOT accessible by wheelchair, (approx. 27 inches) you must be able to transfer to a walker or walk). New flooring throughout and updated small appliances. Two Tempur-Pedic double beds for your comfort. Sofa also pulls out to a double bed, updated mattress. Secure entry with unique security code for each guest. Beach towels and basic beach essentials included, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and a cart to carry items to the beach.

Great Stay and Nice View!
