This house was amazing and had the perfect location & view! Our group enjoyed watching the sunrise each day and walking the beach in the evening! The outdoor porch was comfortable and inside was cozy & nice! They also had an outdoor shower which was much appreciated to clean off from the beach! We will certainly be back! Loved seeing the house turtle who roamed all down the street and in the yard we felt his luck with us!

We come to New Smyrna Beach every year, but this was by far our best trip yet thanks to this amazing house. Being right on the beach for our toddler while also having a yard for our dog to play was a dream. We barely even went down to the beach because the deck was such a perfect place to spend the day.I’m usually a little anxious arriving at rentals, wondering if the pictures will match reality, but this home exceeded expectations. It was updated, very clean, and made for an unforgettable family vacation.

This location was perfect for a teacher-friend Spring Break getaway! It was easy to rent bikes to ride along the beach, walk to restaurants, and the beach is right outside your back door! The back deck has amazing sunrises to enjoy your coffee!

Best beach location

We had the best time here! Nothing beats the sunrise views. But a few memorable mentions would be - Watched a rocket launch from the beach - spent hours every day on the deck - within walking distance to restaurants. Laura was a great host & quick to communicate for any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful NSB Rental

This home is in a wonderful location - close to great restaurants and stores, but still private. We loved the direct views of the ocean and even got up early to watch the sunrise on several days. Gem by the Sea

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachfront house. First time using VRBO and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect for our family as it was on the drive beach, which we wanted, but away from the crowded Flagler beach traffic. Beautifully appointed beach house with updated kitchen and bathroom making the stay very comfortable. The deck is amazing! The owner was extremely attentive and helpful. We will be back.
